There are several options for installing Git on macOS. Note that any non-source distributions are provided by third parties, and may not be up to date with the latest source release.

Intel Corporation just fixed it and released HAXM for macOS Sierra and macOS High Sierra, just download the ZIP and execute the.dmg file, then restart Android Studio. It worked for me, hope it. Launch the App Store app, then look for macOS Sierra in the store. (Here’s a link.) Click on the Download button, and your Mac will download the installer to your Applications folder.

Install homebrew if you don't already have it, then:
$ brew install git

Apple ships a binary package of Git with Xcode.
